Aura Therapy was created for one reason — to give people in Leeds access to a genuinely world-class recovery experience, without travelling to a five-star hotel or paying membership fees they'll never use.

We've taken the Scandinavian tradition of contrast therapy — alternating between heat and cold — and built a space around it that feels as good as it works. The cedar sauna, the marble steam room, the round plunge baths. Every detail chosen with intention.

Sessions are communal but calm. You share the space with up to 10 people, move at your own pace, and leave feeling like a completely different version of yourself.
